Targa Super® Quizalofop Ethyl 5% EC Herbicide

This selective, systemic herbicide, featuring Quizalofop Ethyl 5% EC, is designed for effective post-emergent control of narrow-leaf weeds in various broad-leaf crops. It offers a targeted solution for weed management, helping to protect crop yield and quality by eliminating competitive grassy weeds.

• Active Ingredient: Quizalofop Ethyl 5% EC

• Formulation: Emulsifiable Concentrate (EC)

• Mode of Action: Targa Super is a systemic herbicide, absorbed through the leaf surface and translocated throughout the plant via both xylem and phloem, accumulating in meristematic tissues. It inhibits fatty acid synthesis by targeting acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACCase).

• Weed Control: Specifically targets and controls a wide range of narrow-leaf weeds, causing leaves to turn purplish/red within 5-8 days, leading to complete kill within 10-15 days.

• Crop Suitability: Recommended for broad-leaf crops. Not recommended for paddy, wheat, sorghum, maize, barley, pearl millet, or sugarcane.
