Introduction: a) KrushiVista ("Website") is an online content and B2C e-commerce platform established under the laws of India. b) Usage of the Website is granted to you on the condition that you accept, without modification, all the terms, conditions, and notices as posted in these Terms, which may be updated on the Website from time to time. KrushiVista reserves the right to deny a User's registration on the Website at its sole discretion, without specifying any reasons.
2. User Account, Password, and Security: Upon successfully completing the registration process on the Website, you will receive an account designation and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are also fully responsible for all activities conducted using your account. You agree to (a) promptly notify KrushiVista of any unauthorized use of your account or password, and (b) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. KrushiVista is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 2.

One of these services enables users to purchase agricultural inputs, including seeds, herbicides, pesticides, and other related products ("Products") from different suppliers. The purchase of Products is also governed by specific sale policies (cancellation, return, etc.), and by any additional Product-specific terms displayed on the respective Product's webpage.
4. Privacy Policy: By using our services, you confirm your consent and understanding of KrushiVista's Privacy Policy. You accept the terms and contents of our Privacy Policy.
5. Limited User: Users agree not to reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, or engage in any unauthorized use of information or software obtained from the Website. While limited reproduction and copying of the Website's content is permitted for non-commercial purposes, wholesale reproduction, copying for commercial purposes, and unwarranted modification of data is not allowed without prior written permission from KrushiVista.
6. User Conduct and Rules: Users agree to use the Website and Service appropriately, posting and uploading only suitable content. KrushiVista is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Website or Services, including, but not limited to, loss of use, data, or profits. b) Product performance is subject to manufacturer guidelines. The use of information is at the user's discretion.
12. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold KrushiVista harmless from any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses that result from their breach or non-performance of any representations or obligations outlined in these Terms.
13. Pricing: Product prices are detailed on the Website and are part of these Terms. Prices are in Indian rupees and may change at KrushiVista's discretion.
14. Shipping: The title and risk of loss for ordered products pass to the user upon KrushiVista's shipment to the shipping carrier. Rules regarding Cash on Delivery (COD) may vary based on transaction value, products, and other parameters.

a) Authorized Use: Vistaneo Mart Pvt Ltd (operating under the brand KrushiVista) is a licensed pesticide distributor, authorized to sell pesticides strictly for agricultural and allied purposes. By purchasing such products from our platform, the user agrees to use them solely for their intended purpose in compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
b) Prohibited Use: Users are strictly prohibited from using any pesticide or related product for illegal activities, including but not limited to, acts of self-harm, harm to others, or any purpose unrelated to agricultural applications.
c) Accountability: Any misuse of these products is the sole responsibility of the user. Vistaneo Mart Pvt Ltd disclaims any liability for damages, legal repercussions, or harm resulting from the misuse of these products.
d) Legal Compliance: Users are required to adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements governing the purchase, storage, handling, and use of pesticides. By purchasing from KrushiVista, users confirm their compliance with these requirements.
e) Reporting Misuse: If misuse or unauthorized use of any product sold through KrushiVista is suspected or reported, Vistaneo Mart Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and take necessary legal action against the offending parties.
